 I downloaded this software hoping to use it with WAV files but unfortunately it won\'t open them.So, for me, it\'s useless.
 So far, it is exactly what I wanted! It is not an over the top all-the-bells-and-whistles kind of program, but that is not what I wanted. I wanted simple, intuitive, and this is what I got.
 I really appreciate the opportunity to try out the free Mixere 1.0.82. However, it was apparent to me after downloading the product that it had capabilities far in excess of what I wanted.

 Amazing I downloaded this program with a little hesitation, but that was unfounded - in truth this little program is amazing, and we dearly hope that the owner continues to work and perfect this product. As it is the software is very stable and you have in your hands a sound mixer of "limitless channels" - you can mix up to 100s of channels with this software - not only this but you can also control aspects such as Volume, Pitch, Time, repeat, etc, etc - very comprehensive.... just load up some drum loops, add a sample of your favourite guitar ...
Wish I had more to say But I can't seem to load .wav files, which basically leaves any music creation in the dust. Sorry.

I have waited with my comments until I had tested the Audio Recorder Pro.When I start hte program it gives a message that there is no recording device available.I have a Dell Vostro 200 with Vista Home Premium.The sound hardware is Realtek High definition Audio. 1 minute limit makes no sense? I am interested in obtaining a program that will allow me to make timer recordings of streaming audio.I decided to download the trial version of audio recorder pro to determine if the program will meet my needs before purchasing it.However the trial version limits the duration of recordings to only 1 minute rendering the it pretty much useless for the purpose of evaluation.I thought this was rather ridiculous and did not waste any more of my time with it.I went on to download a similar program from a different vendor and it meets my needs quite well ...
